This policy explains what Stronger for Longer collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

You may use the workout planner without creating an account. The planner can collect information you enter, including age confirmation, height, weight, goal weight, training frequency, facility type, experience, workout goals, diagnostic lifts, body-area comfort selections, accessibility notes, workout loads, effort ratings, and progress check-ins.
If you create an account, we also receive your email address and account identifier. When you continue with Google, Google provides basic profile information needed to sign you in, such as your email address and name. Stronger for Longer never receives your Google password.
How information is used
- Generate and adjust your personalized workouts.
- Save your plan, logged weights, effort, and check-ins across devices when you sign in.
- Authenticate accounts, maintain security, and respond to support or deletion requests.
- Understand site reliability and general usage so the service can be improved.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect users, the service, and others.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your workout or accessibility information to make medical diagnoses.
Device storage, cookies, and analytics
The site may store workout preferences and progress in your browser so the planner works between visits. Signed-in sessions use necessary authentication storage. Google Analytics also processes device, browser, approximate location, and usage information to measure visits and improve the site. You can limit analytics through browser privacy settings, supported blocking tools, or Google's available controls.

Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate the site. These include Supabase for account authentication and saved progress, Google for Google sign-in and analytics, and website infrastructure providers for hosting, security, and delivery. They may process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse, protect safety, or defend legal rights. If the service is transferred to a new operator, relevant information may transfer with it subject to this policy or notice of an updated policy.
Retention and security
Account and workout information is kept while your account is active or as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Device-only information can usually be removed by clearing the site's browser data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored information.
Your choices and requests
You may use the planner without signing in, choose which optional assessment fields to complete, update inaccurate workout information, sign out, or request access to or deletion of account information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, or legitimate recordkeeping.
Age requirement
Stronger for Longer is not intended for anyone under age 15. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 15. If you believe a child under 15 has provided information, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The updated date will be revised when material changes are posted. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
