General support

Email hydroliphicgaming@gmail.com with a clear subject line and the page or feature involved. Helpful details include the device and browser, the facility type selected, the exercise name, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, government identification, payment-card details, or unnecessary medical records.

For a mismatched exercise picture, include the exact exercise title displayed in the workout and describe the equipment shown incorrectly. For an accessibility issue, explain the task you could not complete and any assistive technology being used.

Account, privacy, and deletion requests

Use the email address associated with the account when asking to access, correct, or delete saved information. The request may need to be verified before account data is changed. Include "Privacy request" or "Account deletion" in the subject line so the message can be identified quickly.

You can use the planner without signing in. Device-only information can generally be removed through the browser's site-data controls. Review the Privacy Policy for more detail about authentication, analytics, retention, and service providers.

Fitness and medical questions

Support email cannot evaluate symptoms, diagnose injuries, provide emergency help, or replace personal medical or coaching advice. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for questions about whether exercise is appropriate for a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, medication, or concerning symptom.

For chest pressure, fainting, severe shortness of breath, signs of a serious injury, or another emergency, stop exercising and contact local emergency services. Do not wait for an email response.

Business and advertising questions

Use the same email for responsible advertising, partnership, or press inquiries. Stronger for Longer does not sell subscriptions and will not accept arrangements that require misleading claims, guaranteed health outcomes, unsafe exercise advice, or ads designed to cover the workout interface.

What happens after you write

Messages are reviewed as availability permits. Reports involving account access, privacy, broken core features, misleading exercise visuals, or serious accessibility barriers receive priority. A response time is not guaranteed, so use appropriate professional or emergency resources when the issue is time-sensitive.

Training guidance and safety

Stronger for Longer provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Adults can work toward a weekly mix of aerobic activity and muscle-strengthening work, while beginners should build gradually. Stop exercising and seek help for warning signs such as chest pressure, extreme shortness of breath, or dizziness.
